Here are the important dates:
Application deadline: 23rd of June
Announcement of acceptance: 30th of June
Confirmation deadline: 4th of August
ABC 2013, Brussels: 18th to 20th October
Since the event is a voluntary effort and self financed, the fee for the event will be max 80 € (including lunch and one dinner, but not including the sleeping arrangement and other meals). This is the maximum fee and it might get even lower.
Although the application deadline has officially passed, you can still apply and be put on the waiting list. We will review your application and contact your as soon as possible with more information, if extra places open.
In order to confirm your attendance you will have to pay part of the fee.
