In the very first episode of BEST Alumni Podcast we talk to Joao Rei about hackathons as tools for innovation. He shares how he got to his current occupation which sort of resembles the days in BEST: he travels and organises events. The difference being this time he gets paid to do it. We also touch upon parenthood, the future of jobs and the potential of the network of BEST alumni.

Excellent interview Joao & Filip. So many topics resonated with me – I fully support importance of ABCcamp events, and especially like the idea of BEST and ex-BEST activities being a great platform for teaching students new way of career path (more agile, more start-up like, not anymore corpo as was in our old times).
